Battle Commendations? - Guild Wars Forums

I have been gaining these while playing through Nightfall and I haven't got a clue what they are for, I have about 50 of the things lying in storage, what am I supposed to do with them?

Trade them for goodies of course. There are also people wanting to buy them. Best value is to trade one for a scroll which is worth 100g then sell it back to trader. Or you could trade them for alcohol and sell that for 100g per point as well but the scrolls are faster money.

All of the "Quartermaster Currency" sells for 100g each. Whether it be:

-Monestary Credits
-Imperial Commendations
-Battle Commendations
-Inscribed Secrets
-Equipment Requisitions
-Luxon Totem (think that's what it's called)

They are all basically the same and can get you the same stuff basically. There is quartermasters in major cities that take these in exchange for items. The only ones that actually sell for more I think, are Trade Contracts. Just because they can be used to get Rubies and Sapphires.

Battle Commendations are traded in at the Sunspear Great Hall at the Quartermasters.
